LEAD the Way

Leadership has received increased recognition over recent years, as more and more organizations rely upon strong leaders to realize organizational success.  Regardless of industry, company size, or organizational culture, all business entities need effective leaders to succeed.  Whether you are leading a large program, a small project, or a staff of 200 - your leadership skills, or lack thereof, will define your success.  Learn how to LEAD, using four simple strategies:  Listen, Encourage, Act and Delegate.  This highly interactive workshop encourages networking and collaboration, and strengthens leadership attributes among participants.

Project Team Dynamics: Enhanced Performance, Improved Results

No project can succeed without a project team.  More likely than not, your project will also require a number of participants from different areas within your organization.  And in today's environment, you are not guaranteed to get everyone you need, forcing you to make the most out of your team when doing more with less. Regardless of whom and how many you have on your team, you cannot succeed in meeting deliverables and deadlines unless you act as a high-functioning team.  This highly interactive workshop focuses on simple techniques to enhance team behavior and group dynamics.  Attendees will leave armed with easy-to-adopt practices to enhance team members' awareness and accountability - resulting in improved decisions, efficiency, and business results.

Project TLC:  Teamwork, Leadership and Communication ( 2010 PMI SeminarsWorld® course)

Teamwork:  Focusing on simple techniques to enhance team behavior and group dynamics, you will learn easy-to-adopt practices to improve team members' awareness and accountability resulting in improved decisions, efficiency and business results.

Leadership:  Participants will learn how to LEAD, using four simple strategies:  Listen, Encourage, Act and Delegate.  This portion of the program encourages networking and collaboration, and finds ways to strengthen leadership attributes among participants.

Communication: Project success goes beyond hitting deadlines and budgets. Who, How and What you communicate while managing projects is likely to define your ability to get it done. Learn how to improve communications across your stakeholders for continued project success.

Release Your Creative BIRD

Innovation is about doing things differently and doing different things.  It's critical for companies that want to remain competitive in the long term.  Yet, most companies are cutting back on innovation and creativity, focusing on cost cutting, people cutting and reducing the number of priority projects. This program is designed to provoke thought about the extent to which creativity supports project success.  It challenges participants to adopt BIRD behaviors:  bravery, inquisitiveness, receptiveness and drive.  Not intended as a ‘test' of creativity, this program helps individuals identify some of their personal barriers to creativity and learn how to adopt creative practices to enhance project outcomes.
